1. サービスについて / About This Service

HĀ CWS（Create. Wear. Shine.）は、アート作品をもとに、オリジナル生地を制作し、一点一点セミオーダーで仕上げるサービスです。すべての商品は受注後に制作を開始します。

English：
HĀ CWS (Create. Wear. Shine.) is a semi-order service that transforms your original artwork into custom fabric and handcrafted garments or goods. All items are made-to-order and production begins upon order confirmation.

2. アート作品の使用許諾 / Artwork License

日本語：
ご注文時にご提供いただいたアート作品の著作権は、制作者に帰属します。ご注文をもって、HĀがその作品を商品制作のために使用することに同意したものとみなします。SNS投稿・プロモーション等、商品制作以外の目的で使用する場合は、事前にお客様の同意を得ます。アート作品のデータは、商品お届け後180日以内に削除します。

English：
All intellectual property rights of the submitted artwork remain with the original creator. By placing an order, you grant HĀ a limited license to use the artwork solely for the purpose of producing the ordered item. Any use of the artwork for promotional purposes (e.g. social media) will require your prior consent. Artwork data will be deleted within 180 days of delivery.

3. デザインについて / Design & Layout

ご提供いただいたアート作品のレイアウト・配置・色調整は、プロのグラフィックデザイナーが作品の魅力を最大限に引き出す形で行います。特に目立たせたい箇所やご希望がある場合は、備考欄にご記入ください。いただいたご希望はできる限り考慮いたしますが、デザイン上の判断により反映できない場合もございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

English：
The layout, placement, and color adjustments of your submitted artwork will be handled by our professional graphic designer. If you have any particular preferences or areas you'd like to highlight, please note them in the comments field at checkout. We will do our best to consider your input, however final design decisions remain at the designer's discretion. We appreciate your understanding.

4. キャンセル・変更 / Cancellation & Changes

日本語：
セミオーダー商品の特性上、ご注文確定後のキャンセル・内容変更はお受けできません。ただし、制作開始前（注文確定から24時間以内）のご連絡に限り、変更をご相談いただける場合がございます。

English：
Due to the semi-order nature of our products, cancellations and changes cannot be accepted after order confirmation. However, requests made within 24 hours of placing your order may be considered prior to production beginning. Please contact us as soon as possible.

5. 返品・返金 / Returns & Refunds

日本語：
セミオーダー商品のため、お客様都合による返品・返金はお受けできません。ただし、以下の場合は対応いたします：

商品に明らかな製造上の欠陥がある場合
お届けした商品が注文内容と著しく異なる場合

該当する場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。

English：
As all items are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds based on personal preference. Exceptions are made in the following cases:

The product has a clear manufacturing defect
The delivered item significantly differs from what was ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. 仕上がりについて / Product Appearance

日本語：
アート作品を生地にプリントする性質上、モニターやデバイスの設定により、実際の色味と異なって見える場合がございます。また、手作業による縫製のため、寸法に若干の誤差（±1〜2cm）が生じる場合がございます。これらは不良品には該当しません。

English：
Please note that colors may appear differently on screen compared to the finished product due to monitor and device settings. As each garment is hand-sewn, minor size variations (±1–2cm) may occur. These are not considered defects.

7. 納期 / Delivery Timeline

日本語：
通常、ご注文確定から商品お届けまで約4〜6週間を予定しております。素材の入荷状況や制作状況により、納期が延長される場合がございます。その際は速やかにご連絡いたします。

English：
Orders are typically delivered within 4–6 weeks of confirmation. Timelines may be extended due to material availability or production circumstances. We will notify you promptly if any delays occur.

8. 未成年者のご注文 / Orders by Minors

日本語：
18歳未満のお客様がご注文される場合は、保護者の同意のもとでご利用ください。

English：
Customers under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent before placing an order.

9. プライバシー / Privacy

ご提供いただいた個人情報およびアート作品データは、商品制作のみに使用し、第三者への提供は行いません。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

English：
Personal information and artwork data are used solely for production purposes and will not be shared with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
